treinamento.
Como avaliar a disfunção muscular periférica
em DPOC ?
Reabilitação Pulmonar e Treinamento: Como
fazer ? Onde fazer ?
10:00 – 10:30 – Coffee Break
10:30 – 12:30 – Características e principais efeitos das
modalidades e recursos mais comumente utilizados em reabilitação
pulmonar: treinamento aeróbico, treinamento intervalado,
treinamento de força, treinamento da musculatura inspiratória,
exercícios respiratórios, oxigenoterapia. Perspectivas para o
futuro.
12:30 – 13:30 – Almoço
13:30 – 15:30 – Opções terapêuticas para tratar a inatividade
física em pacientes com DPOC: Treinamento físico, orientações,
terapia ocupacional e técnicas de conservação de energia.
15:30 – 16:00 – Coffee Break
16:00 – 17:30 – Treinamento durante e após exacerbações agudas
em pacientes com DPOC:
É necessário ? É possível ?
Quais as modalidades mais adequadas ?
O desafio de evitar que as exacerbações
agudas levem o paciente a uma perda funcional irrecuperável.
17:30 – 18:00 – Entrega de certificados, encerramento com
sorteio de brindes.
